Refunds are issued in specific cases where :
- The service was not delivered as agreed
- A technical error on our side prevented service delivery
- A duplicate payment was made in error
We do not issue refunds for completed services , consultation or digital work already delivered .
- Non-refundable once the session has started .
- 50% refund possible if cancelled at least 24 hours before the session.
- Non-refundable after the work has been started or completed.
- You may request a refund if we fail to initiate the service within 5 business days of payment .
- Not eligible for refund once the first milestone of phase has started.
- If canceled before delivery begins, a partial refund may be granted minus administrative charges.

- Full name and contact details
- Service purchased and date
- Reason for the refund request
